In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a sama4d Account and to use any services offered on the Platform. sama4d enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with the prevailing standards for online gambling platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any individual found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending review, and the matter referred to sama4d's compliance team.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. sama4d operates as an internationally licensed platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. sama4d does not warrant or represent that its services are available or appropriate for use in any particular location. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that doing so is not prohibited by any law applicable to you.

2.3 Capacity to Contract. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not under any legal restriction that would prevent you from using gambling services, and that your use of sama4d is for personal entertainment only.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) sama4d Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a Restricted Activity under Clause 9 and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money services on sama4d, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and at all subsequent times remains accurate and up to date. sama4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any detail provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. sama4d will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify sama4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.4 Account Ownership. sama4d Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any of its contents to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate suspension of the Account.

3.5 Corporate and Syndicate Accounts. sama4d does not permit the registration of accounts in the name of any corporation, trust, syndicate, or other legal entity. Accounts must be registered and operated solely by private individuals.

4.1 Mandatory Verification. sama4d is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 500.000, or at any time sama4d deems a verification check necessary. KYC verification is also triggered by unusual account activity patterns or compliance review procedures.

4.2 Accepted Documents. The following documents are accepted for KYC verification purposes:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) — primary identification document for Indonesian residents.
• Valid passport (for non-Indonesian nationals where applicable).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Bank account verification — a screenshot or document confirming ownership of the withdrawal bank account.

4.3 Processing Time. Standard KYC submissions are processed within 24 hours during business days. Complex cases or incomplete submissions may require additional time. sama4d will notify the Member by email or live chat of any outstanding requirements.

4.4 Withholding of Withdrawals. sama4d reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. This is a protective measure for both the Member and the Platform, and does not constitute confiscation of funds.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. sama4d accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited within 1–10 minutes during normal banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed instantly. sama4d is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit for bank transfer channels is Rp 50.000. The minimum for e-wallet channels is Rp 20.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits are displayed in the deposit interface and may vary based on your VIP tier.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by sama4d's finance team. Standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the Member's VIP tier, the chosen withdrawal method, and the time of submission relative to banking hours. Members at higher VIP tiers receive priority withdrawal processing.

5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. sama4d strictly prohibits withdrawals to third-party accounts. Attempting to withdraw to an account in a different name will result in rejection of the request and may trigger a compliance review.

5.6 Deposit-Only Funds. All funds deposited into a sama4d Account must originate from sources owned and controlled by the Member. sama4d reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit it deems unusual in amount, frequency, or origin.

5.7 Fees. sama4d does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. sama4d is not responsible for third-party transaction fees.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by sama4d are subject to these general terms as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the offer details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the sama4d Platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting markets and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers typically contribute 100% of the staked amount. Certain high-RTP slots or table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. sama4d actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit (arbitrage), and wagering on outcomes with near-certain probability solely to meet turnover requirements. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.5 sama4d's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. sama4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already in active use by Members. Members who have already triggered a bonus prior to a modification will be subject to the terms in place at the time of activation.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on sama4d are subject to acceptance by the Platform. sama4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded; the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error; or the bet falls outside the Member's account limits.

7.2 Manifest Errors. If odds, scores, statistics, or game outcomes are displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault or human error, sama4d reserves the right to declare any resulting bets void and return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet Balance. This applies equally to casino game results affected by verifiable software malfunction.

7.3 Sports Betting — Applicable Markets. sama4d offers betting markets across a broad range of sports disciplines including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and E-sports. Market types include 1X2, Asian Handicap (voor bola — Indonesia's traditional handicap format), Over/Under, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and Correct Score. 7.4 Live Betting. In-play betting is available on selected events. Odds in live markets fluctuate continuously and are accepted at the price confirmed at the moment sama4d receives and accepts the bet request. Delays in internet connectivity on the Member's side do not entitle the Member to a previously displayed price.

7.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot gacor (high-payout slot) games on sama4d use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds. Published RTP (Return to Player) values represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

7.6 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted according to published schedules. Results are determined by verifiable external draw sources. Any dispute regarding a draw result must be raised with sama4d Support within 24 hours of the draw time.

7.7 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by market, game type, and Member VIP tier. sama4d reserves the right to adjust individual Member stake limits at any time based on betting patterns or risk assessment.

8.1 Commitment. sama4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. The Platform offers a suite of self-management tools accessible from every Member's account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

8.2 Age Verification Obligation. sama4d enforces a strict 21+ policy. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. sama4d may request proof of age at any time and will suspend access pending verification if any doubt exists regarding a Member's age.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a voluntary self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the nominated duration. 8.4 Staff Discretion. sama4d's support and compliance teams are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour. The Platform reserves the right to initiate a responsible gaming review, apply temporary deposit restrictions, or proactively offer self-exclusion to any Member whose betting patterns suggest potential harm.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sama4d Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the Platform for any illicit financial purpose.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming outcomes.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such discoveries must be reported to sama4d Support immediately.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently, including through the creation of duplicate accounts or misrepresentation of eligibility.
• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language directed at sama4d staff or other Members.
• Accessing the Platform in a manner that places undue technical strain on sama4d's infrastructure (including DDoS attempts).

10.1 Ownership. All content on the sama4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of sama4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence. sama4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

10.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. sama4d operates as a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership over it.

11.1 Data Collection. sama4d collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the Platform, verify Member identities, process financial transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. The categories of data collected and the purposes for which they are used are described in full in the sama4d Privacy Policy.

11.2 Consent. By registering an Account, you consent to sama4d's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw certain consents at any time, subject to the limitations set out in that document.

11.3 Security Measures. sama4d implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect Member data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, and unlawful processing. These include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

12.1 Platform Availability. sama4d endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability. sama4d will not be liable for any losses — whether financial, consequential, or otherwise — resulting from Platform downtime.

12.2 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sama4d excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if sama4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where sama4d is found liable for direct losses, its total aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Force Majeure. sama4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event as defined in Clause 1. sama4d will take reasonable steps to resume normal operations as promptly as possible following any such event.

12.5 Member's Own Risk. Participation in online betting and gaming involves financial risk. sama4d does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. Members participate entirely at their own risk and are encouraged to set personal limits in accordance with Clause 8.

13.1 Voluntary Closure. A Member may close their sama4d Account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Real-money Wallet Balance will be refunded to the Member's verified withdrawal method following successful KYC completion.

13.2 sama4d's Right to Terminate. sama4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a material breach of these Terms; confirmed or suspected fraud or Restricted Activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested; or any conduct that sama4d reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, its Members, or its business.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by sama4d — the Member's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules. Bonus Credits and associated winnings are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sama4d holds its international operating licence. sama4d does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via sama4d's support channel. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of formal notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as determined by sama4d's licensing jurisdiction.

14.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

15.1 Right to Amend. sama4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent version came into force.

15.2 Notification of Changes. Where a change to these Terms is material — that is, where it significantly affects Members' rights or obligations — sama4d will provide advance notice via email to the address registered on the Member's Account, or through a prominent on-Platform notification, at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.

15.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the sama4d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.
